Time to tear up the contract that says being liked matters more than being alive. I help chronic overthinkers figure out what they want, trust themselves, and stop asking the group chat for permission.
You may have built a life that looks perfectly reasonable from the outside.
You are capable. Thoughtful. The person others rely on. You know how to keep things moving, make the sensible choice and consider everyone else, but something no longer fits.
Perhaps you are overthinking decisions that should feel simple. Questioning work, relationships or roles that once made sense. Feeling the pull towards something different, but struggling to name what it is, or give yourself permission to want it.
Nothing may be obviously wrong. It just doesn’t feel entirely yours anymore.
You may simply have reached the edge of the map that brought you here.
Knowing what you want is only the beginning.
You may also need to separate your own voice from fear, obligation and other people’s expectations. To trust what your body is telling you. To find language for what has remained unspoken. And to become steady enough to live with what your truth may change.
Our work might involve:
My particular skill is recognising the pattern, contradiction or unspoken truth that you can feel but have not yet been able to name.
I bring together coaching, NLP, somatic awareness, emotional pattern recognition and clear strategic thinking. We work with the whole of you—not only what you think, but what you feel, sense, protect, avoid and already know.
I will not tell you what your life should look like, I will help you hear yourself clearly enough to choose it.
You don’t need to know exactly what is wrong—or what you want—before you begin.
